HOPE — Hauser gets its second win of the season in a 41-35 win over South Ripley on Saturday.

Kyliegh Parrot finished with 12 points and Bree Hadley added 10 for the Jets (2-1).

Crusaders win conference

MEDORA — Columbus Christian won the Southern Roads Conference tournament by defeating Cannelton 43-30 on Saturday.

Kayla Jones lead the Crusaders with 11 points. Madison Henderson and Ellie Ridder each added 10 points. Hannah Stair finished with 11 rebounds and Jones had 10.

In the earlier game against Dugger Union, Columbus Christian won 44-41. Henderson finished the game with 17 points, and Emma Patterson added 10.

Jones also had nine rebounds and 10 steals for the Crusaders (2-1).

Spartans down Cougars

SHELBYVILLE — South Decatur found themselves down 21-11 at halftime and couldn’t recover for a 66-41 loss to Southwestern (Shelbyville) on Saturday.

The Cougars fall to 0-2 on the season.

Panthers over Lions

NORTH VERNON — Jennings County possessed a 39-2 halftime lead to roll past Rock Creek Academy 79-5 on Friday.

Addyson Kent had 18 points for the Panthers (1-1).
