• people who make an effort to investigate the facts, rather than simply buying what the Trump administration is selling them.

• all American and French citizens who remember that it was the United States military that fought and won two wars in France.

• the Salvation Army for all the hard work that they do in caring for this community.

• the ladies of the Flower Lane Garden Club for visiting the residents of the Villas Apartments and assisting them in making beautiful flower arrangements.

• this president and his misdeeds, which have finally gotten him what he deserves.

• the brilliant civil engineer who designed the Westenedge Drive remake with 3-foot grass strip areas on each side of the street between the sidewalk and the street.

• the school district that has seen the number of administrators making $100,000 or more go from 13 to 33 in three years and then complains about financial troubles.

• drivers who do not realize it is legal to turn right on red when traffic is clear, also those who do not know what turn signals are for.

• those drivers that don’t realize a left turn lane needs to have a left turn arrow at busy intersections to keep the traffic flow.

• the city council acting like a neighborhood association for all of Columbus.

• the animal rescue center that never answers their phone.

• the speaker who doesn’t talk about her Catholicism when she’s talking about abortion.

• the Democrats in Congress who have done nothing in 3.5 years except investigate and try to unseat our duly-elected president.

• any politician who says it is not wrong for a foreign government to interfere in our elections.

• BCSC for not making support staff raises retroactive to the beginning of the school year.

• myself for turning in front of a car at noon Thursday at Rocky Ford and Middle Road: sorry — I thought you were in a turn lane.
