ZwanzigZ Brewing is partnering with Lucabe Coffee Co. on a new beer style to be released on tap at ZwanzigZ today.
The collaboration brew is made from ZwanzigZ Brewing Golden Ale, lightly hopped and refeshing, with Lucabe Coffee Co.’s Guatemalan cold-brew. The style is made on nitrogen, and is well-balanced between beer and coffee flavors.
This is ZwanzigZ’s first time brewing a coffee ale on nitrogen and the first collaboration between the two companies.
The launch release party will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today with representatives from both companies at ZwanzigZ at 1038 Lafayette Ave to discuss the new coffee ale style, which will be available to those age 21 or older.
Lucabe will also have samples of its Guatemala hot coffee for customers.
