• Max’s Jewelry for the wonderful job they did recently re-tipping the prongs, shaping and cleaning my wedding rings.

• Rep Jim Lucas for his efforts to legalize medical marijuana and to reduce penalties for possession of small amounts.

• the beautiful lady who sat beside me on Nov. 5th at Neal’s Tire on 25th Street for brightening my day.

• Annette at the Kroger Pharmacy for your assistance and for being an awesome tech.

• the city leaf pickup crew for picking up our leaves every year.

• the Democratic House in Congress that has passed nearly 400 bills in 2019, while Republicans in the Senate have done nothing.

• Johnson Tire for great courteous service when I brought over my son’s car Friday, from Sondra.

• Surjit at the horrendously slow Columbus post office for trying to keep things moving for the long lines of people waiting for service.

• neighbors Jerry and Maryann Haley for helping me when my wife fell, from Greg.

• Bill Erfmeier, American Legion Post No. 24, and all the volunteers that helped with decorating the veterans’ graves all around the city and the county, from June Brown.

• Dan, Linda, and son Mustard at the senior center for their lovely holiday program of Mingle and Jingle, from the Perry’s.
