Foundation for Youth has announced staff changes.
- Andy Young is appointed to a newly-created position as associate director. He has been with FFY for 13 years, beginning his career with Columbus Youth Camp. He will focus on professional development and ensure that all youth care staff are credentialed through the Child & Youth Care Certification Board.
- Nathan Larrison has transitioned from Boys & Girls Club director to replace Young as youth development director. He grew up playing basketball at FFY, joining us as teen staff. He will oversee the work of the club as well as the Columbus Youth Camp.
- Erica Fortner will be club director. She will help those who need support and aspires to offer a sense of stability in a fun and safe environment for staff, members and families to grow and learn.
- Tim Green will support Fortner as associate club director. He was recently named the Columbus Young Professionals NextGen Unsung Hero of the Year.
