Harold E. “Itch” Zeigler, 66, of North Vernon, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020 at his home.
A private graveside service will be held at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Arrangements were entrusted to Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
