Kelley Cecile “Ceci” Hoffman, 45, of Columbus, passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 20, 2020 at her residence.
Ceci was born August 31, 1974, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Kelley had a kind, loving and compassionate soul. She had a kind word for everyone, even those she didn’t know. This love extended to all animals too. With her free spirit, her family never knew what to expect when it came to hair color or clothing selection. Bright colors were her passion, matching or not. Ceci enjoyed many hobbies which included reading, painting and making jewelry, which she loved gifting away to others.
Survivors include her mother, Candace Hoffman; step-mother, Mickie James; brother, Shane Hoffman; nieces, Kaylin and Lindsey Hoffman and beloved uncle, Ross Ricketts. She also leaves behind her best friend and fur baby, Gracie.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Russell and Edemae Ricketts.
In keeping with the family’s request, cremation will take place and there are no services planned at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either Thrive Alliance, Centerstone or the Bartholomew County Humane Society.
