Raw animal food shall be separated from ready-to-eat foods in a way to prevent cross-contamination. 3) Food in the walk-in cooler was not date-labeled. This included ground beef, cheese sauce, and flan. Refrigerated ready-to-eat foods that are potentially hazardous shall be date-marked if held for over 24 hours. 4) The employee bathroom sink drained onto the floor. Plumbing shall be repaired according to law. 5) The back prep hand sink and hand sink in the bar were not accessible. Both had items in front of them and the back sink.
