Nominations sought for ag award

INDIANAPOLIS — Nominations are being accepted by Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch for the highest agricultural honor presented by the state, the AgriVision Award.

Now in its 14th year, the AgriVision Award will recognize Hoosiers dedicated to advancing agriculture throughout the state. Recipients may be recognized for their work pioneering new agriculture technologies, leading one of our states many great organizations or addressing global issues.

Once a winner has been selected, the award will be presented by Crouch and Indiana State Department of Agriculture Director Bruce Kettler during the annual Celebration of Agriculture. More information on this celebration will be provided at a later date.
