Onions to …

• the park price-gouging the community, being the only pool open.

• those taking young teams to indoor dining facilities where seating is limited and there isn’t a way to keep children safely apart from each other.

• the neighbor who sits in a chair in his driveway and watches my family through our window.

• the letter writer who is continuing a history of fear-mongering.

• the person who stole the package containing medication for a cancer patient off my porch.

• the letter writer for her typical Republican scare-tactic rhetorical letter.

• the letter writer for another hate letter in already troubling times.

• upgrading playgrounds while Jewel Village drowns.

• the federal elected official for eliminating all signs of dignity from his office.

• condemning those who choose not to wear a mask when the only true protection is a n95 respirator and the only risk is when someone is standing in front of you talking or coughing.

• the letter writer who thinks that the Democratic Party is a threat and that all university-educated people are indoctrinated, when its thoughtful people have made positive contributions.

• planners who don’t understand that, with the removal of the low-head dam, water tends to seek its own level.

• the letter writer who should learn to think for herself and speak to an actual Democrat instead of parroting right-wing talking points.

• the federal elected official who blames everyone but himself for his failures.

• the writer for her close-minded, distorted and partisan letter to editor.

• the federal elected official who says “America first” but really means “me first.”

• the ignorant implication that universities are teaching students to hate America.

• the federal elected official whose ridiculous “solution” to the surge in COVID cases is to slow testing — he wasn’t joking.

• the federal elected official for never having learned that the word “dominate” is not used in leadership training in spite of his suggestion that he should dominate rather than set a good example.

• wasting $1.7 million in taxes on a failed plan for ridiculous artificial whitewater rapids in the dangerous East Fork White River.

• those who drive four-wheelers on the county roads without helmets.

• the dance recital.

• all the utilities trying to raise their rates during a pandemic.

• the letter writer parroting conservative media outlets by fabricating anarchy when 99% of protests have been peaceful.

• the religious leader who vanished after half of the service.

• the federal elected official playing down the virus, when almost one out of three of the dead worldwide are Americans.

• coronavirus cases rising, even as officials brace for a second wave this fall.

• 29 states and U.S. territories reporting a higher seven-day average of coronavirus cases on Sunday than they did on June 14.

• the federal elected official saying testing leads to an increase in coronavirus cases, because testing will not make you have the virus.

• the official saying the federal elected official was joking about slowing down COVID-19 testing.

• showing even a hint of interest in continuing a riverfront project with millions of our tax dollars when there are hungry children and families because of job loss.

• the federal elected official’s Checky Greene-type comedy routine with no message.
