Charles and Carolyn Wheeler of Columbus are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner in Indianapolis.
Mr. Wheeler and the former Carolyn Bennett were married on July 10, 1960, at New London Friends Church in New London, Indiana, by Francis Clark Brown.
Mr. Wheeler is retired from Haynes International in Kokomo. Mrs. Wheeler is retired from Western School Corporation in Russiaville.
The couple have two children, Stephen Wheeler of Carmel and Cheryl Hostetler of Columbus; and two grandchildren.
