COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Upland Columbus Pump House temporarily closed Wednesday after an employee there tested positive for COVID-19.
In a social media post, restaurant employees said the last day the employee with a positive test worked at the restaurant was Aug. 9.
All employees who were in contact with this individual are also seeking testing, and will not be on-premises until their tests come back negative, according to the restaurant announcement.
“We are sharing this information with our customers for the sake of transparency, and so that you can take any appropriate steps for testing and monitoring any symptoms,” the announcement stated.
During the temporary closing, the restaurant will be sanitized and deep cleaned, according to the announcement.
