INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb has re-appointed Bruce Burrow, Columbus, to the Indiana Recycling Market Development Board. Burrow, assistant sales manager with Rumpke Waste & Recycling Services, will serve until July 31, 2024.
