Realtor Don R. “Randy” Scheidt, CCIM, is the first recipient of the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Distinguished Service Award from the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. This new honor is being presented to individuals who have gone above and beyond in service to the Indiana commercial real estate industry and the organization. It will be presented at the 2021 Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference scheduled for April 30.
He founded Don R. Scheidt and Co., Inc. and guided the firm for more than 40 years before selling it in 2018. He established Scheidt Commercial Realty, LLC in 2019 to serve future clientele and to assist with personal real estate investments.
