NORTON, Massachusetts — Tyler Duncan fired an opening-round 2-under-par 69 Thursday and is tied for 50th place in The Northern Trust.
Starting on the back nine, the 2008 Columbus North graduate shot 33 on his first nine and 36 on the front at TPC Boston. He was 4-under and tied for 15th after 14 holes before bogeying two of the final four holes.
Harris English, Kevin Streelman, Cameron Davis and Russell Henley are tied for the lead at 7-under 64. Seven golfers are one shot back at 6-under 65.
