COLUMBUS
Ted M. Piercefield passed away August 20, 2020. He was a lifelong resident of Columbus being born July 22, 1935 to Harry J. and Margaret R. (Henderson) Piercefield.
He graduated from Columbus High School in 1953. He married Diane S. Cline September 14, 1958. He had been a member of First Christian Church. He retired from Cosco, Inc. after 37 years in sales.
Survivors include wife, Diane; daughters, Jennifer (Larry) Voris and Sally (Mike) Bowden; grandchildren, Abby (Craig) Hammel, Rebecca (Zach) Ronkainen, Michael Devor, Lorelei Bowden, and Michael L. (Trey) Bowden III; sister, Juanita Adkins; and brother, Jack Piercefield; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Marshall, Harry Jr., and Robert Piercefield; sisters, Thelma Britton and Margaret Wells; and three infant sisters.
Calling hours only will be held on Monday, August 24 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. A Private graveside service will be conducted at a future date.
