Ralph Hensley, 77, formerly of Columbus, IN, died on August 10, 2020 at his home in Winter Haven, FL. Ralph was born on September 24, 1942 in (Tway) Harlan, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Nola (Brummett) and Roy Hensley and 7 brothers; Clyde, Carl, Frank of Paris Crossing, IN; and Roy (June), Billy, Otis and Jerry of Crothersville, IN; and one sister, Barbara Fish of Crothersville, IN; a son, Steve, of Columbus, IN; and a step-son, Gerald of Mt. Washington, KY.
He is survived by his wife, Judy (Owen) formerly of Mt. Washington, KY; a son, Martin Hensley of Muncie, IN; a step-son Paul (Dana) Fincher of Mt. Washington, KY; one brother Earl of Paris Crossing, IN; grandchildren; Laura Taylor of PN, Andrew Hensley of Columbus, IN; Lorraine (Adam) Schill of Columbus, Alexis (Josh) Felde of Noblesville, IN and Brink, Brook, Asa, John Paul, Zion and Ruth Hensley of Myrtle Beach, SC; five step-granddaughters, Meghanne (Brian) Terry of Mt. Washington, KY, Autumn and Ashley Fincher of Campbellsville, KY, Raven Meredith of Louisville, KY, Zachary Kirkham, Mt. Washington, KY; 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In 1988 Ralph retired from Cummins Engine Co., after 30 years, and moved to Winter Haven, FL where he enjoyed playing golf with his many friends and neighbors.
