About 1,500 people, including families, couples and art enthusiasts, enjoyed street performers, vendor booths and food during the annual ArtFest on Washington Street.

Cow bingo, cactus ring toss, horseshoes, a duck stampede and other activities drew nearly 100 outdoor enthusiasts to “Roundup at Round Lake” to raise money for free programming at Mill Race Park.

Arvin Industries announced that a new aftermarket distribution center for its automotive replacement parts division was under construction in Indianapolis and would replace the distribution center in Franklin.
