Crusaders stay perfect
Columbus Christian ran its record to 4-0 with a 25-13, 25-11, 25-18 sweep of Martinsville Tabernacle Christian on Friday.
Madison Henderson recorded 11 kills, 10 digs and four aces; and Emily Stair had 16 assists, six digs and eight aces to lead the Crusaders. Hannah Stair tallied eight kills, two digs and an ace; Kayla Jones notched two kills, six digs and an ace; Lila Hudson added two kills and two blocks and Kinidy Morgan had three digs and one ace.

NORTH VERNON — Jennings County won three matches by forfeit in a 4-1 win against New Washington.
1 singles, Owen Law blanked Colin Brown 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 singles for the Panthers (3-6). Isaac Lightner at No. 3 singles, Jacob Vogel and Justin Ramey at No. 1 doubles and Jansen McDonald and Greyson Jackson at No. 2 doubles all won by forfeit.
Jennings’ Ryan Schuck fell to Hunter Eurton 6-4, 6-2 at No. 2 singles.
