Bull Dogs tie Trojans
ST. LEON — Class 3A No. 9 Columbus North and 3A No. 13 East Central were tied at 1-1 at halftime, and the score would remain the same in the second half for a 1-1 draw.
The Trojans scored in the ninth minute, but Jenna Lang scored the equalizer less than a minute later. Mallory Gilley made five saves for the Bull Dogs (11-1-1).

Olympians edge Panthers
NORTH VERNON — Both doubles matches went three sets, but the Columbus East claimed the No. 2 doubles spot to prevail over Jennings County 3-2 in the consolation round of the Hoosier Hills Conference Tournament.
At No. 2 doubles, Carlos Fernandez and Erik Takahashi came back after trailing in the first set to win against Greyson Jackson and Alex Leach 3-6, 7-5, 6-3. At No. 2 singles, Daniel Murphy downed Jansen McDonald 6-0, 6-1. Emmit Romine topped Ryan Schuck 6-0, 6-0 at No. 3 singles for the Olympians (6-10).
Owen Law beat Pranav Kumar 0-6, 6-3, 6-2 at No. 1 singles. Jacob Vogel and Justin Ramey defeated Derek Heideman and Matthew Degner 4-6, 7-5, 6-4 for the Panthers (3-13).
East plays Seymour in the fifth place match, and Jennings plays Madison in the seventh place match, both on Friday.
Twisters ground Jets
HOPE — Oldenburg Academy won all five matches in straight sets in a 5-0 win at Hauser.
Caleb Wallace fell to Michael Wanstrath at No. 1 singles 6-0, 6-0. Eli Miller lost against Riley Schebler at No. 2 singles 6-2, 6-2. At No. 3 singles, Noah Estes fell to Hunter Schuckman 6-2, 6-4.
At No. 1 doubles, Caleb Hoover and Levi Gollmer were defeated by Jacob Sheets and Jon Grieshop 6-0, 6-2, and Carson Rose and Dawson Paul fell to Ethan Back and Jon Grieshop 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2 doubles for the Jets (3-8).

FLOYDS KNOBS — Jennings County was outmatched by Floyd Central in an 8-0 Hoosier Hills Conference loss.
Dreagan Ison recorded 26 saves for the Panthers (4-7-1, 0-5).
