COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department and Indiana State Police are on the scene of an accident at U.S. 31 in front of Heritage Heights.
Investigators say southbound traffic is down to one lane and delays are occurring.
Police ask motorists to avoid this area if possible.
