• all vacationers, living your lives during COVID-19 and helping to stimulate local economies across our country.

• Reliable Comfort for their great service and for their professional and kind employees.

• Sharon Mangas for her column about “just enough” Christmas; it really spoke to me, from Sherry.

• the person who turned my purse in at the Dollar Store.

• the great staff at Panera Bread, best wishes for the new year, from very happy, satisfied customers.

• Cindy at Silver Oaks Health Care campus and Andy at CVS pharmacy for taking the time to straighten out the prescription problems.

Onions to …

• political fools motivated to overturn fair elections without evidence.

• the person that has absolutely no authority or right to question why I’m not wearing a mask.

• the elderly mask police, if you’re that afraid, stay home.

• the elderly mall walker who has absolutely no right to play mask police.

• those refusing to wear masks, endangering the public and older people who are more likely to die from COVID-19 — five more people died here Tuesday.

• uncaring, ignorant individuals who won’t wear masks, yet will expect to be first in line for treatment and care when they get sick.

• the dusty store on the northeast side of town.

• politicians traveling while public health officials plead with people not to travel during the holidays.

• the federal elected official who made life a living nightmare for four years and will never sit down and shut up.

• those allowing sports at any level during a raging pandemic.

• the political party who were once the anti-radicals but are now battering American democracy.

• all those who are still in denial about the United States being a socialist government.

• the leader of the political party who offers absolutely no help or support.

• not having a church in town where a person can go and get prayed for and get completely healed by a miracle instead of going back to the doctors.
