COLUMBUS, Ind. — A nondenominational Christian community prayer event called “Prayer for Our Nation” will be held from noon to 12:30 p.m. today in the outdoor courtyard of First Christian Church, 531 Fifth St. in downtown Columbus.
Several area ministry leaders will be leading prayer, according to organizer Steve Yeaton, First Christian’s senior minister. Masks and social distancing will be encouraged.
“This is not a partisan event, but a time together as Americans to seek God’s help in healing the divide in our nation,” Yeaton said.
