COLUMBUS
Bradley W. Barker, 47, of Columbus, passed from this life at 11:16 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2021 after a courageous battle with Huntington’s Disease.
Mr. Barker was born July 3, 1973, he was the son of Harold Wayne and Mariearle Day Barker.
Brad was employed since the age of 18 with CASE Construction.
He was an outdoor enthusiast, where he enjoyed riding and racing ATV’s.
Survivors include his sisters, Jeannine (Mark) Roberts and Scarlett (Steve) Pruitt both of Columbus; nephews, Mason and Clay Roberts; nieces, Ava and Reese Pruitt and several other relatives in Whitesburg, Kentucky and Pound, Virginia.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Jonathan Moore Pike with the Rev. Howard Boles officiating.
Family and friends may call from 10:00 a.m. to time of service at the funeral home.
Due to pandemic restrictions, we are limited to 50 people in our funeral home. We do ask that visitors follow the social distancing guidelines once inside the funeral home and masks are required.
Inurnment will be at Christiansburg Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Huntington’s Disease Foundation.
