INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Health said 3,726 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at state and private laboratories. That brings to 567,338 the number of Indiana residents now known to have had the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s dashboard.
A total of 8,643 Hoosiers are confirmed to have died from COVID-19, an increase of 30 from the previous day. Another 373 probable deaths have been reported based on clinical diagnoses in patients for whom no positive test is on record. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by the state and occurred over multiple days.
To date, 2,762,573 unique individuals have been tested in Indiana, up from 2,752,524 on Sunday. A total of 6,140,884 tests, including repeat tests for unique individuals, have been reported to the state Department of Health since Feb. 26.
Bartholomew County reported 6,043 positive tests (up 54) with 91 deaths (no change) as of Monday.

Jackson County: 4,042 positive cases (up 16) with 45 deaths (no change).
Jennings County: 1,855 positive cases (up 19) with 34 deaths (no change).
Decatur County: 2,330 positive cases (up 13) with 80 deaths (no change).
Shelby County: 3,852 positive cases (up 26) with 75 deaths (no change).
Johnson County: 13,834 positive cases (up 116) with 270 deaths (up one).
Brown County: 828 positive cases (up seven) with 28 deaths (no change).
