COLUMBUS, Ind. — Due to the ongoing pandemic, most city buildings will continue to be closed to the public through Feb. 28, city officials announced today.
The decision will be revisited based on what happens over the next month, as city officials review the level of community spread throughout the county and the pace of local vaccinations.
City business will continue to be transacted; employees will continue to work and answer phones and emails, and will meet with members of the public by appointment only.
City officials ask that residents call or email the specific department if you need to meet with a staff member.
The city will continue virtual meetings through February; the meetings will be live-streamed and available via WebEx.
