COLUMBUS, Ind. — A winter weather advisory is in effect from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday for Bartholomew County.
The National Weather Service says mixed precipitation is expected with snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of around a tenth of an inch.
Slippery road conditions are expected and could impact the morning commute.
Motorists are advised to be prepared for road conditions, slow down, clean off your vehicle, use your headlights and leave distance between you and vehicles around you.
