St. Bartholomew Catholic School hosted a luminary event Thursday night near the school to remember the late Helen Heckman.
Each student has been given a luminary bag to create with photos, prayers or other items that remind them of Heckman, who was St. Bartholomew principal. She died Feb. 4.
The community, school families and parishioners were invited to walk or drive by the tribute.
