COLUMBUS
Jim Sandfer, 57, of Central Ave. passed away on March 14, 2021 in Panama, FL while completing his bucket list. Mr. Sandfer was the son of Jerry Wycoff.
Jim was loved by all. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, uncle, great uncle. He loved fishing and he loved to build things.
Survivors include two sons: Jason Lawson of Columbus and Derek Sandfer of North Vernon; two daughters: Kristen Hutto of Frontenac, Kansas and Makita Mathis of Campbellsville, KY; Brother, David Bula of Columbus; two sisters: Carol England (Keith) of Columbus and Christine (Thomas) Swanson of Destin, FL. Also long time friend Renda Colvin of Columbus. Jim had 9 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Proceeded in death by his mother, Jerry Wycoff and his brothers: Thad Bula and Randy Wycoff; his sister, Cindy Alexander and a son, Travis Duecy and two grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
