• Montana Mikes for the best fried catfish dinner anywhere, from Bill Kozar.

• the Learning Tree Preschool for the annual art show, we loved the event and all the positives attitudes the teachers had, a true success, from an LTP parent.

• the Learning Tree Preschool’s annual art show, it brought joy to our family, from a parent.

• my family and neighbors for donating to my fundraiser, you’re the best, from Ryder.

• those who know that for American democracy to work for any of us, we must ensure the right to vote for all of us.

• defending the right to vote and opposing any discriminatory legislation or measures that restrict or prevent any eligible voter from having an equal and fair opportunity to cast a ballot.

• Alma Wylie for always putting on a wonderful ballet show.

Onions to …

• legislators for overriding the governor’s veto on emergency powers.

• those who forget the political party said a Supreme Court Justice could not be appointed during an election year, but then appointed two of them during an election year themselves.

• the basketball league that’s supposed to be helping kids develop and have fun allowing a travel team to play, beating the kids easily, it’s not right.

• violent riots occurring in cities and still all we can talk about is Jan. 6.

• the self-destructive that has lost its way and votes no to everything when the rest of the county wants “yes.”

• anyone who believes that a veteran police officer has not yet learned the difference between a gun and a Taser.
