Michal Ann “Mickey” Land, 77, of Columbus passed away June 18, 2021. She was born September 24, 1943 in Muncie, Indiana, Mickey was the daughter of Elmer & Daphine Cudworth. She married her high school sweetheart, Harry Land, on June 27, 1965.
Mickey devoted thirty-nine years to elementary education. She was exceptionally proud of being an integral part of the development and implementation of the BCSC Book Buddies program.
Mickey is survived by her husband, Harry Land; a brother, Jerry (Leisa) Cudworth; children, Brent (Rebecca) Land, Clark (Stephanie) Land, and Pam Land; grandchildren, Tyler, Benjamin, Teagan, Jacob, and Michael Land; a nephew, Scott Cudworth; other family members, Eleanor Edwards, and Sue (Rick) Inzero. She was preceded in death by her parents and a niece Jennifer (Cudworth) Fry.
