Duncan ties for 52nd in Rocket Mortgage Classic
DETROIT — Tyler Duncan carded a final-round 1-under-par 71 Sunday and finished in a tie for 52nd place in the Rocket Mortgage Classic.
Duncan, a 2008 Columbus North graduate, shot rounds of 70, 67 and 73 the first three days at Detroit Golf Club. He finished at 7-under 281 for the tournament.
Cam Davis beat Troy Merritt with a par on the fifth hole of a playoff. Joaquin Niemann also was in the playoff after joining them at 18-under 270, but was eliminated on the first extra hole.
