First responders have reported that the leaked has been capped.
The fire department will remain on scene for about 30 minutes. Those who have been evacuated may return home at 11 a.m.

There is a gas leak on Shady Lane in Columbus, according to the Bartholomew County Alert System.
Everyone in Lowell Addition is asked to evacuate and everyone else in the area is asked to be aware of the situation.
Anyone within one mile is being evacuated and first responders are on site.
