Pets Page: Columbus Animal Care Services

Uncle Pete is a two year old neutered Wheaton terrier mix. He is full of energy and is looking for an active family to call his own. Uncle Pete does well with some dogs. We are unsure about cats. He would do best in a home without small children.

Ophelia is a two year old spayed female tortie. She is very loving and playful with humans but is not a fan of other cats or dogs. Ophelia would do best as an only cat, and in a home without small children.

Due to the large volume of animals at the shelter prices are HALF OFF IN JULY. RIGHT NOW, all cats are $40 and all dogs are $50 which covers having them spayed or neutered, up to date on shots (age appropriate), and microchipped.

While the shelter is currently closed due to COVID-19, we are setting appointments for adoptions or fosters. Please call 812-376-2505 or email [email protected]. Applications for adoptions: https://www.columbus.in.gov/…/adoption-information-and-app
