Judith C. Lewis, 74, of Scipio, IN, passed away at 9:20 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Columbus Transitional Care. Judith was born on March 20, 1947 in Nelson County, Ky to Floyd Trent and Dorothy Brown Trent. She married Ronald Lewis in 1966.
Judith was part owner of Lewis Fabricating and was a loving mother.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Calling will be from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Judith will be laid to rest beside her husband at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Survivors include her son, Ronald (Shella) Lewis of Scipio, IN; brothers, David Trent, Tom Trent and Butch Trent; a sister, Barbara Trent; grandchildren, Cole Lewis and Emma Lewis and a great grandson, Emmett Lewis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Trent and Dorothy Trent; her husband, Ronald Lewis on August 26, 2003; a brother, Jim Trent and a sister, Betty Miles.
