BCSC to require masks in school beginning Wednesday

Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. members voted unanimously Monday for revisions to the reopening plan which will require students and staff to wear masks while indoors in school and on school buses.

Visitors, parents, and caregivers are required to wear a mask to enter school buildings, the policy states. Joining students for lunch is not permitted, according to the plan. Masks must be worn by spectators, coaches, and non-participating players while indoors, according to the revisions.

The changes go into effect on Wednesday, school officials said.
