A group of Bartholomew County officials and employees attended the Association of Indiana Counties’ (AIC) Annual Conference. Those in attendance were:

County Clerk Shari Lentz

County Council Bill Lentz

County Recorder Tami Hines

Deputy Assessor DeWayne Hines

County Highway Superintendent Dwight Smith

County Highway Asst Superintendent Tracy Curry

Treasury System Coordinator Mark Stamper

Bartholomew County Treasurer Barb Hackman

Hackman is currently on the AIC board of directors as legislative chair. She was elected as incoming AIC executive board treasurer at the event.

Also, Hines received an AIC Institute Award for continuing education, a gold masters pin requiring 125 credit hours of study.
