53, passed away December 21, 2021. He was born February 6, 1968 in San Nicolas, Iriga City, Philippines to Francisco A. Winslow and Alicia A. Papa. Frank was a 1987 graduate of Columbus North High School. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Radio, Television & Film from Indiana State University in 1996, where he was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Frank was a truck driver for Suburban Propane and a member of Lawrence Apostolic Church. He was an avid sports enthusiast and loved the Dallas Cowboys and the Los Angeles Lakers.
Visitation will be Friday, December 31, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. at Lawrence Apostolic Church, 6202 North Sunnyside Road.
Frank is survived by his devoted companion, Patricia White; children, Skylar P. Winslow and Shelby M. Winslow; mother, Alicia A. Papa; several aunts, uncles, cousins in Hawaii; and several nieces and nephews. Final arrangements and care are entrusted to Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel. www.shirleybrothers.com.
