The statement must state, “Consuming raw or under-cooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.” Food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils must be kept clean to the sight and touch. The can opener blade is soiled with an accumulation of dried-on food particles.

Employee drinks to be (covered) with lid and straw, may not be bottled water with a cap that has to be touched during food prep. Multiple bulk items in reach-in and walk-in coolers not date labeled per this section. Mechanical ware-washing machine not dispensing chemical. Alarm not indicating an issue. Appears to be a damaged line or pump from alarm to point of distribution. Product in bulk container does not indicate sanitizer present (primed for several minutes with no result). Hand-washing sink in food prep area blocked throughout inspection with food product.

    The hand sink in the prep area was blocked and had sanitizer buckets in it. Hand-washing sink must be used only for hand-washing and be accessible at all times. Multiple single-use items are being stored in the back with multiple toxic items above them and stored in a way that does not protect against contamination. Multiple toxic chemicals are stored over cartons of cigarettes in the back office. Items must be stored to prevent contamination.
