Indiana Department of Transportation crews will have single-lane closures on southbound I-65 on Tuesday for inspection work in Bartholomew County.
The closures are scheduled to take place between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. near mile marker 71, north of State Road 46 (Exit 68) at Columbus. Shoulder closures will be possible on I-65 northbound after 2 p.m. Tuesday for additional work.
Traffic back-ups will be likely during this timeframe. Motorists are encouraged to seek an alternate route if possible. The closures will be postponed to later in the week if necessary due to weather.
