Sewing camp begins Monday

A sewing camp slated March 14 through March 17 is open to third-, fourth-, fifth- and sixth-graders accompanied by a parent.

The class, organized by the Bartholomew County Purdue Extension office, costs $5 for current 4-H members and $25 for those not in 4-H (plus the cost of fabric, pins and thread), according to organizers. All other materials will be supplied.

The class will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. at Columbus East High School, 230 S. Marr Road.
