Jennings County High School band, orchestra and choir students will visit and perform this week at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
On Saturday, the Jennings County High School Choir left for their spring break trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, where they will perform in front of hundreds of people who are visiting the amusement park.
This trip includes students from the JCHS band, orchestra, and choir.
Students who go on this trip will be there for next week during the Jennings County spring break.
Junior Bryson Webster said, “I am super excited, I can’t wait to spend quality time with my music department friends.”
Lexi Prange, a member of the band and yearbook, will be there to participate and capture the memories this group will share.
To support this trip, the music department did fundraising throughout the year, and Touch of Class completed a car show.
Not only will students get the chance to visit all the parks and meet their favorite Disney characters, but they will also get to show how hard they worked to get there.
Junior Tatum Kreinhagen said, “I’m super, super excited, I can’t wait to meet Cinderella and ride all the rides.”
Students will experience new things while learning about fine arts, performing, and the teamwork it took that made it all possible.
These classes will get to experience the happiest place on Earth with their extended band and choir families.
