The Bellarmine University Schola Cantorum will present a free concert of sacred choral music, directed by Timothy Glasscock, at 7 p.m. Friday in the sanctuary of St. Paul Lutheran Church, 6045 State St.
The Louisville, Kentucky-based group is a mixed-vocal ensemble consisting mainly of music majors and advanced singers. Glasscock is chair of the Bellarmine music department. He has been teaching music and directing choirs for more than 40 years, both at universities and in a high school setting. He has been directing the choirs at Bellarmine since 2009.
