Eastern Bartholomew Water Co. has an outage south of Elizabethtown, from County Line Road to County Road 450S.
Once water is restored, customers there will have a boil water advisory until 2 p.m. Friday.
Any water that is to be consumed or used for cooking purposes should be boiled for at least three minutes and cooled before consuming.
