Stewart visits Cummins to thank employees for their work and dedication during the pandemic

COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus native and three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Tony Stewart visited two Cummins facilities in Columbus this week as part an effort by the company to thank employees for their work and dedication during the pandemic.

On Thursday, the NASCAR Hall-of-Famer visited the Cummins Mid-Range Engine Plant, 2725 W. County Road 450S, and the Cummins Machine Integration Center, 6880 S International Dr., where he greeted employees, signed autographs, spoke and toured the facilities, Cummins said.

Stewart spoke to all first- and third-shift employees at Cummins Mid-Range Engine Plant before moving on to the Cummins Machine Integration Center, company officials said.
