I have had the pleasure of knowing Lindsey Holden-Kay, who is running for prosecutor, for a few years. Her passion for the safety of our community is paramount to her.
On day one, if Lindsey is elected, she will put into place a process to ensure that criminal charges are filed within 48 hours of arrest, so that the current practice of releasing repeat offenders back into our community, where they are free to commit new crimes, will no longer exist.
Lindsey values the difficult and dangerous work that our brave law enforcement agencies do every single day to remove criminals from our streets. Their work will not be in vain. It is evident by the Fraternal Order of Police endorsement that she has secured that she has the mutual respect of law enforcement.
