The South-Central Indiana Association of Health Underwriters (SCIAHU) will have its monthly meeting Thursday at the Mid-America Science Park in Scottsburg. The business meeting and legislative update will start at 9:30 a.m. followed by a two-hour continuing education credit class.
The continuing education class will be presented by Zach Wilding. Wilding is the group sales director of employee benefits for One America.
Members of the National Association of Health Underwriters, which include SCIAHU are encouraged to bring a jar of peanut butter to be donated to the Scott County Clearinghouse. Non-members are also encouraged to attend for a $10 fee and jar of peanut butter.
SCIAHU is a local chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). NAHU offers its members a multitude of educational opportunities, including advanced designation a programs, continuing-education classes, and online learning.
