Jo Ann Brooks, 77, of Columbus, died at 9:41 p.m., May 24, 2022, at IU Methodist in Indianapolis.
Jo Ann was born November 6, 1944, in Greensburg, Indiana, the daughter of Frank and Alvera (Tichenor) Stuehrenberg. She married Charles Richard Brooks on April 4, 1964. He preceded her in death on February 4, 2022.
Calling will be from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 27, 2022, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. The burial will be private.
Survivors include sons, Steven (Yanshuang) Brooks of Vancouver, WA, and Greg (Nicole) Brooks of Hope, Indiana; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
