The 2022 Bartholomew County 4-H Fair princess and her runnerup were selected Sunday night at the Columbus East High School auditorium.
The contest was for girls ages 12 to 14 years old. The contestants each had 4-minute interviews, and then were on stage in three categories: Sunday Best, Theme Wear, and Formal Wear.
The princess is Bella Fredericksen, daughter of David and Jeanna Fredericksen and the runnerup is Sidney Johnson, daughter of Ben and Melissa Johnson.
The two with work alongside the 2022 Bartholomew County Fair Queen Court when needed and will help with the Little Hands On The Farm building in the evenings as well.
The county fair begins Friday at the Bartholomew County Fairgrounds and continues through July 2.
