Jenna Boewe, 18, of Columbus, has earned the American Heritage Girls Stars & Stripes Award, the highest honor for girls in the organization.

She participated in Youth Leadership Bartholomew County and is a 10-year member of 4-H. She plans to go to Purdue University this fall to study animal science/behavior management.
